Software should be designed to allow the office personnel to quickly find
any information about a member that is needed. They should be able to
tell what members are delinquent and which ones are due to be suspended.
Collecting dues from a walk in or through the mail should not be a
problem. Printing receipts as needed either one at a time or in a batch
should be allowed. Dispatching the next qualified member is a
must. The information being tracked should be organized and easily
located.
